you are in the historic village of Olzano in Tignale. This house is very old, it belonged to my grandparents since 1950. Here you must feel at home.

You have what we think you will need for a comfortable stay.

The house has three bedrooms with attached bathroom; a living room with a large fireplace and a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking.

The house is on three floors: the entrance with a space on the left, where you can place your luggage, a space at the bottom of the room to park your bicycles and secure them with padlocks.

The stairs on the left give access to a room with useful tools, a safe, a compressor, a sink, a washer / dryer, a clothesline, a high chair and a camping cot. Further down on the left there are tables and a  tavern, with inside a collection of recovered ancient objects that remember the local rural past history  of the place where you are. This space includes a service bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The Florentine terracotta staircase on the right takes you to the first floor, where there is an internal living area with a library, a small collection of texts and some suggestions with maps and destinations of the neighborning places, an outdoor living area for relax and a pellet stove if necessary. On the right, there is a complete kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, induction hob with dedicated cookware, electric oven and microwave, mixer, dishwasher and Italian and German coffee machines. To the side, the dining room with a large wood-burning fireplace and a satellite TV.

On the second floor there is a landing with large windows and the three bedrooms complete with hot / cold air conditioning (ask the agency for the consent key), satellite televisions and private bathroom (equipped with hairdryer).

Continuing on the spiral staircase, you will find the access to the terrace (accessible, but locked for the safety of the little ones), with table and chairs. Be very careful! We refuse any responsibility about this.

In each room you will find useful instructions for the use of appliances and important information that we strongly ask you to respect, for the protection of the home and to improve your stay.

The center of Tignale can be reached on foot, a gem full of historic and suggestive alleys, a square with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, bazaars, newsstands.
